Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
